Our pickup days are the Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday following the auction from 10am-5pm.
We are located at #4-5684 Landmark Way, Surrey, BC, V3S 7H1. We are behind the Langley Chrysler dealership.

We are closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. We open at 12pm on Saturdays.
Our viewing day is the Saturday of the auction from 12pm-5pm.
If you are picking up your items, you will receive an invoice the Sunday following the auction. You can then pickup your items the Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday from 10am-5pm and pay when you get here.
If you are getting your items shipped, you will receive an invoice the Monday following the auction. We will then pack your order, charge the card you have on file with Live Auction World, and ship the order with Canada Post.
If you cannot pickup by Tuesday 5pm, we will charge your card on file with Live Auction World and the items become the property of Ace Auctions.
Yes, someone else can pick up your items. Please call us and let us know someone else will be picking up for you and make sure the person knows your last name on the order.
If you are picking up your items, you can pay by cash, debit, Visa, or Mastercard when you get here.
If you are getting your items shipped, we will charge your card on file with Live Auction World.
If you are getting your items shipped, unfortunately, we do not accept etransfers. We will charge the card you have on file with Live Auction World instead. Etransfers slow the shipping process down, increasing the time it takes for you to receive your order.
If you are picking up your items, you can etransfer contact@aceauctions.ca when you get here, please just ask. We must receive the etransfer in our e-mail before you can leave with your items.

You can either give us a call or send an email letting us know the kind of items you’d like to consign. We will then picture and post your items. We take 25% commission and you’ll receive your payout via cheque two weeks after the auction. There is a $5 listing fee on any lots that do not sell, but someone will go through your items with you to provide the best chance for success.
Yes, please select “I prefer to have my items shipped to me” on Live Auction World before the auction ends so we know you want shipping.
Shipping and packaging costs vary depending on the weight and number of boxes. The packaging fee varies between $10-$20 and shipping is determined by Canada Post once your items are packed.
We ship to Canada and the United States. If you’re getting shipping to the US, a $10 international fee will be applied on top of the packaging fee and shipping costs.
We ship with Canada Post and use the least expensive option with insurance.
Unfortunately not, we need all our items shipped out by the same courier service for tracking purposes and we use the least expensive Canada Post option with insurance to ensure your items don't get abandoned.
Yes, absolutely! Please just e-mail contact@aceauctions.ca with the first and last name on the order asking for a tracking number.
